6. Payment Terms
All invoices are payable according to the agreed billing schedule.
Monthly SEO plans are billed in advance.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
7. Subscription & Renewal
For recurring SEO plans:
Services automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled.
Clients may request cancellation by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of SEO and digital marketing services:
Payments already made are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be issued for work already completed, delivered, or approved.
Partial-month refunds are not available for recurring services.

12. Limitation of Liability

Loss of rankings caused by third-party actions
Website downtime caused by hosting providers
Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Technical issues outside our direct control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding three months.
13. Service Modifications

14. Termination

Upon termination:
Outstanding balances become immediately due.
